Issue Summary: During the above time window, our license activation service was unable to process requests correctly. License activation calls were returning "missing subscription" responses, preventing customers from activating their licenses.
Root Cause: The disruption was caused by an active incident in the Stripe API. This incident affected our ability to validate and retrieve subscription information, resulting in incorrect responses from our license activation service.
Resolution: The issue was identified and mitigated by Stripe. Once the Stripe API was fully operational, our license activation service resumed normal functionality without any further action required from our team.
Next Steps: We are reviewing our dependency on third-party services to identify opportunities for improving resilience and preventing similar issues in the future.
